We tried Nicas Grill & Café at the Orion Amphitheater. It’s a fusion food truck with a mix of Nicaraguan and American food.
We got the loaded fries, which tasted like Philly cheese fries. We also had a sample of their signature dish, the Valenciana rice, and we’re adding it to our order next time.
